For Fall 2022, the user-initiated mass process services offered to campus will require the submission of a separate College, School, Unit (CSU) approval form via DocuSign along with each submitted processing request.

Look for changes coming in mid-August to recruiting questionnaires in Workday. The changes will address reports from campus of questionnaires disappearing from job requestions in certain situations. The update involves adding a new subprocess to the job requisition creation process

A new Workday report Turnover via Transfers - RPT1062 is now available. The report returns turnover due to transfers based on the Supervisory Organization(s) provided.

The My Time and Absence dashboard is now available for all employees to add to their Workday homepage. The new dashboard provides a single location to manage time entry, check time-off balances, and access other information related to time and absence.

To support the university’s efforts to recruit and retain talent, approved Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) can now be documented, tracked, and viewed within Workday.

An enhanced version of the report Time Completion Report for Workers - RPT1016 is now available as part of the ongoing Time and Absence Improvement Project.

This report helps you monitor and verify timesheet completion for workers to ensure that all timesheets are submitted and approved before payroll deadlines. You will find this report particularly helpful for monitoring timesheets for workers transferring to another organization or terminating employment.
