Recently, employees who are required to fill out timesheets and their managers began receiving email alerts from Workday. The purpose of these email alerts is to ensure accurate time tracking through timely submission and approval of timesheets.

Time and Absence Improvement Project Update for Spring 2021

The Time and Absence Improvement Project kicked off during Summer 2020 with a series of discovery sessions where representatives from CSUs across campus provided valuable feedback on their experiences using Time and Absence processes in Workday. We used session feedback and input from a follow-up survey to help prioritize improvements included in this project. 

Save Time When Entering Your Time

Did you know you can fill out your timesheets an entire week at a time without entering individual time blocks? For both salaried and hourly workers, the Quick Add feature allows you to enter a week at a time with more flexibility if your schedule changes or you would like to use different time types during the same week, such as Hours Worked and Sick.
