Introducing Workday Fundamentals Self-Paced Course. This online, introductory Workday course is designed for those who are new to Workday and will be responsible for initiating and/or approving business processes. This course consist 13 lessons which include videos and narrated PowerPoint presentations, each lasting approximately 5 minutes or less, as well as individual Learning Reviews and Exercises. The Student Mass End Employment End Date Extension process will run from July 20-August 26, 2020, at noon for Hourly and Salaried Student positions. To prepare, CSUs should run the Student Mass Extend Template RPT0900 report in Workday. Event Details

The August Mass End Job/Termination process will occur on Aug. 10, 2020, for positions with an end date on or before Jul. 31, 2020. The monthly Mass End Additional Job/Termination process will run for all fixed-term employees and non-employees positions. Event Details

This class is the first class in the training series for Cost Center Managers. This class will provide the foundational information to understand the role of a Cost Center Manager (CCM) and be able to complete work in Workday. This will provide tools to initiate business processes and understand how the HR actions intersect with financials. Event Details

This class is the third class in the training series for Cost Center Managers and is designed teach users how to effectively utilize the Job Costing Tool in order to accurately enter Costing Allocation information in Workday. Participants will be given scenarios to practice using the Job Costing Tool and are encouraged to bring specific examples from their unit to work on in class. Event Details

This Workday ILT is designed for those who are new to handling employees with multiple jobs and how to hand this in Workday as well as those who may want a refresher on this topic.
