Recent Signature Desk Request Forms Process Improvements

To further improve the Signature Desk request experience, additional and updated support materials are now available on the Signature Desk Request Forms webpage, where each request form type now has a corresponding link to guidance tailored to the form. The guidance includes explanations of the steps involved in completing the request and the information the requestor will need to provide. The new guidance can also be accessed through the askUS ServiceNow Knowledge Base. To learn more, continue reading Recent Signature Desk Request Forms Process Improvements.

New Vendor Hold Search Site Now Available

A new Vendor Hold Search site allows UT employees to check whether a prospective vendor has an active hold with the state. Checking the hold status of a vendor will enable employees to verify if payments to a vendor are permitted (according to warrant hold statutes set by the State of Texas). The site features a questionnaire-style search tool to assist those checking a vendor’s hold status. The UT site replaces the state-run Vendor Hold search tool, decommissioned in August 2024.

Why is a performance review routing to me for a worker I don't know?

Because performance reviews are worker-based, not position-based, when the process routes to the HR Partner role in Workday, it will route to HR Partners for all the employee's jobs.
