Recent Signature Desk Request Forms Process Improvements

To further improve the Signature Desk request experience, additional and updated support materials are now available to assist campus in completing the request form process.

On the Signature Desk Request Forms webpage, each request form type now has a corresponding link to guidance tailored to the form. The guidance includes explanations of the steps involved in completing the request and the information the requestor will need to provide. The new guidance can also be accessed directly through the askUS ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

Along with the new request form guidance, the Signature Desk request forms process received the following updates.

• A new Create an Academic Subunit or Subdepartment request form is now available for use.
• The Signature Desk Request Form Requirements Matrix now contains additional information on who can act as an Authorized Signer for each form, including  CUBO Members or Delegates, and how to find them.
• The Create an Official Unit or Subunit form now incorporates additional details necessary to complete the request.
