This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

This class will build upon the information from the Basics course and introduce the concepts of how Workday and *DEFINE intersect along with other beyond-the-basics understandings. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

This class is designed to teach users how to utilize the Job Costing Tool in order to accurately enter Costing Allocation information in Workday. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

This 2-day class is designed for those new to initiating business processes in Workday and those who may want a refresher on Job Changes during employment. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
