This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

The September End Job/Termination process will occur on September 5, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before August 31, 2025.

September 3, 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on September 5, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before August 31 2025.

The Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population will occur on August 29, 2025, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before August 15, 2025.

August 27, 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population, which will occur on August 29, 2025, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before August 15, 2025.

Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the May 2024 time-entry lock on August 31.

This Workday ILT is designed for those who are new to handling employees with multiple jobs and how to hand this in Workday as well as those who may want a refresher on this topic. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
