The Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population will occur on January 16, 2024, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before January 15, 2024.

January 12, 2024, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population, which will occur on January 16, 2024, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before January 15, 2024.

The January End Job/Termination process will occur on January 5, 2024, for positions with an end date on or before December 31, 2023.

January 3, 2024, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on January 5, 2024, for positions with an end date on or before December 31, 2023.

Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the September 2023 time-entry lock on December 31.

The December Mass End Job/Termination process will occur on December 10, 2023, for positions with an end date on or before November 30, 2023.

December 6, 2023, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on December 8, 2023, for positions with an end date on or before November 30, 2023.

This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
