About Self-Paced Learning
askUS Self-Paced Learning is a series of courses designed for users to complete at their own pace and convenience. Each course focuses on specific topics or areas of work.
Registration in UTLearn is not necessary in order to take askUS Self-Paced Learning, although some courses may allow learners to receive credit in UT Learn by taking a Comprehensive Assessment at the end of the course.
Workday. Self-Paced Learning
Workday Fundamentals
Workday Fundamentals acts as an introduction to Workday for individuals who hold Workday Security Roles that support workers or an analyst role with the ability to view data. The lessons in this course teach the foundational concepts at an entry level. Experienced Workday users may find this information useful as a knowledge refresher.
Workday for Security Partners
Workday for Security Partners helps train those who are new to the Security Partner role in Workday. It includes topic-based Security related lessons to provide a holistic view of the role and associated responsibilities, including Role Assignment & Inheritance, Delegations, Reports & Dashboards, and more. Existing Security Partners are highly encouraged to take this course as a refresher.
Financials Self-Paced Learning
Financial Fundamentals
Financial Fundamentals is the best starting place for anyone new to UT financial systems, whether they’re an initiator, approver, or viewer of financial-related data. This self-paced course teaches the foundational concepts of UT financial systems to an entry-level audience while providing experienced users with a knowledge refresher.
EOM Basics and Beyond
Electronic Office Management (EOM) Basics and Beyond assist both beginners and experienced Electronic Office Managers and Delegates. The series covers the basic concepts involved in setting up an electronic office before diving into some of the more complex nuances of Electronic Office Management. Viewers can watch the entire series in order as a self-paced learning experience or choose to view individual videos for assistance with specific topics. See below for a complete list of topics.
