This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

August 30, 2023, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the next Special Run of the Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population which will occur on September 1, 2023, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before August 31, 2023.

Mass Advance of unsubmitted and in-progress time from May 2023 to Timekeepers for review/approval.

The August Mass End Job/Termination process will occur on August 11, 2023, for positions with an end date on or before July 31, 2023.

August 9, 2023, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the next Mass End Job/Termination process which will occur on August 11, 2023, for positions with an end date on or before July 31, 2023.
