Professional-Track Faculty (PTF) Mass Transaction Processing will assist offices that manage Professional-Track Faculty contracts by centrally processing Renew, Inactivate, and Reactivate transactions before the start of the fall semester. The submission window will run from Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 14, at 5 p.m. This is a firm deadline.,

This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

November 5, 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on November 7, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before October 31, 2025.

This class teaches the basics of Workday’s recruiting process of Job Requisitions and Candidate Management. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process will run from Monday, November 17, 2025, until Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at noon for Hourly and Salaried Student positions. In addition to extending the end employment date, changes to Scheduled Weekly Hours, Compensation, Business Title, and Position Title can also be made through this process.

This 2-day class will provide the foundational information to understand the role of a Cost Center Manager (CCM) and be able to complete work in Workday. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
