The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process will run from Monday, November 17, 2025, until Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at noon for Hourly and Salaried Student positions. In addition to extending the end employment date, changes to Scheduled Weekly Hours, Compensation, Business Title, and Position Title can also be made through this process.

January 7, 2026, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on January 9, 2026, for positions with an end date on or before December 31, 2025.

This course is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiates hires and manages onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.

The January End Job/Termination process will occur on January 9, 2026, for positions with an end date on or before December 31, 2025.

This Workday ILT is designed for those who are new to handling employees with multiple jobs and how to hand this in Workday as well as those who may want a refresher on this topic. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
