Important Dates and Deadlines
Wednesday, December 18, at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the December AGS Mass Termination Process.
Wednesday, December 18 at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the September 2024 time-entry lock on December 31.
Friday, December 20 at noon – Last checks issued using local funds for 2024.
Thursday, January 2 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for December 16-31.
Wednesday, January 8 at noon – Submission window closes for the Mass End Employment Date Extension Process.
Wednesday, January 8 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, January 8.
Friday, January 17 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for January 1-15.
Friday, January 24 at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the October 2024 time-entry lock on January 31.
Tuesday, February 4 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for January 16-31.
Wednesday, February 5 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, February 7.

Preparing for Spring 2025
The Preparing for Spring 2025 webpage contains important dates and resources to assist departments involved in HR processing for fall. Topics covered include mass processes, academic and student employment, onboarding, reporting, and training.
The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process runs until noon on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Reminder: Use Change Job to Extend Positions

In November, UT Works replaced WORQS as the request system the UT community uses to report issues and make requests for services, providing campus with an improved service request experience. For more information, visit the Facilities Services UT Works Resources page.

askUS Self-Paced Learning allows users to access training at their own pace and convenience.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses are held via Zoom and require registration through UTLearn.
