Important Dates and Deadlines

Wednesday, May 28 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the May AGS Mass Termination Process, which runs on May 30.

Tuesday, June 3 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for May 16-30.

Wednesday, June 4 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, June 6.

Wednesday, June 4 at noon – The Summer 2025 Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window closes.

Tuesday, June 17 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for June 1-15.

Monday, June 23Performance Appraisal Mass Transaction Process submission window opens.

Monday, June 23 at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the March 2025 time-entry lock on June 30.

Wednesday, July 2 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for June 16-30.

Wednesday, July 9 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, July 11.

All mass processing dates are available via list view or calendar view.

 


Closing Soon: Mass Extension for Summer 2025

The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window will close at noon on Wednesday, June 4.
