When will a Retro Cost Transfer Post to DEFINE?

Payroll runs cost transfer integrations multiple times per week to update DEFINE from Workday, but keep in mind that multiple factors can affect when a cost transfer will post to DEFINE. If you do not see a cost transfer reflected in DEFINE, check the Cost Transfer Integration Schedule. If a retroactive costing allocation has been completed and you do not see the changes reflected in your accounts within one week, contact the Payroll Financials Team at pr.financials@austin.utexas.edu.
