Save Time When Entering Your Time

Did you know you can fill out your timesheets an entire week at a time without entering individual time blocks?

For both salaried and hourly workers, the Quick Add feature allows you to enter a week at a time with more flexibility if your schedule changes or you would like to use different time types during the same week, such as Hours Worked and Sick.

When salaried workers select Quick Add, it will show the entire week with a field for each day where you can enter the time type and hours.

When hourly workers select Quick Add, it will allow you to add specific time blocks, more than one time block, and choose the days these blocks apply to.

Salaried workers can also use the Auto-fill from Prior Week feature, which allows you to choose a week you’d like to copy blocks from over into the current week. For example, if you worked 8 hours a day for a total of 40 hours during the week of July 6, and you worked the same during the week of July 13, you could use the Auto-Fill from Prior Week to choose the July 6 week and it will fill in 8 hours each day for a total of 40 hours this week.
