Updated on October 26, 2021 – Direct deposit in Workday is a convenient and popular option for workers to receive their paycheck, but new workers occasionally run into issues while setting up direct deposit. To help troubleshoot direct deposit issues, we have gathered some common issues workers encounter along with suggested solutions

Test your knowledge: You have a staff worker you want to bring on for a part-time job from 10/1 to 1/15. The worker currently has a separate, active part-time staff job with another department that goes from 9/1 to 10/5. You have confirmed with the worker that the 10/5 end date on their active job is correct. Should you use the Change Job - Transfer process or the Add an Additional Job process to get your department’s job in place

New international remote locations are now available in Workday.  International locations are now captured via the work location fields in Workday and tracked on the worker’s job or position

Did you know you can fill out your timesheets an entire week at a time without entering individual time blocks? For both salaried and hourly workers, the Quick Add feature allows you to enter a week at a time with more flexibility if your schedule changes or you would like to use different time types during the same week, such as Hours Worked and Sick.
