Now Available - Enhanced Time Completion Report for Workers - RPT1016

An enhanced version of the report Time Completion Report for Workers - RPT1016 is now available as part of the ongoing Time and Absence Improvement Project.

This report helps you monitor and verify timesheet completion for workers to ensure that all timesheets are submitted and approved before payroll deadlines. You will find this report particularly helpful for monitoring timesheets for workers transferring to another organization or terminating employment. 

You can run Time Completion Report for Workers - RPT1016 for one or multiple workers or for one or multiple supervisory organizations you currently support within a set date range and returns one week per row per worker. Note that for workers with multiple jobs, total hours will include hours from all the worker’s jobs, including jobs you do not support. The report also excludes faculty who do not have additional time reporting jobs unless they have entered time off during the specified date range.
