A new Workday report Turnover via Transfers - RPT1062 is now available. The report returns turnover due to transfers based on the Supervisory Organization(s) provided. Results include the workers’ Before and After Supervisory Organization, Job Profile, Job Family, and Job Family Group. When used along with the report Terminations and End Additional Job Event Details - RPT0247, the new report may help Colleges, Schools, and Units (CSUs) determine where to focus recruitment and retention efforts by providing a comprehensive picture of workers who have left a supervisory organization within a specified timeframe. Both reports are accessible by those with HR Executive, HR Partner, Academic HR Executive, or Academic HR Partner security access within Workday.
