Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) are used in Workday to show whether an employee has an FWA or works on campus. Approved FWA documents can be uploaded and stored within Workday or managed separately by the employee's College, School, or Unit according to their own established procedures. The start and end dates of the FWA can be managed within Workday, indicating if the FWA is active or expired. All FWAs will be displayed on the worker’s profile.
