Beginning with Summer 2024, the Mass End Employment Date Extension Process will allow CSUs to change compensation amounts for workers being extended as part of their process submission.

CSU-initiated mass processes now require the submission of an approval form via DocuSign. We are requiring this additional step to improve our compliance with internal audit findings regarding the approval of mass processing requests

If your office manages Academic Graduate Students (AGS) employees, remember that the AGS Mass Termination Process runs at the beginning of each semester. Be sure to extend any continuing AGS employees before the CSU processing deadline.
