Answers to Common Questions Recently Received by askUS Support
Do I need to request a rescind to correct a new worker’s compensation amount?
No. In many cases, you can correct the situation on your own by initiating a Request Compensation Changeprocess and selecting Correction as the reason for the change. See the Request Compensation Change Workday Instructional Guide (WIG) for more information. You can always confirm whether you need to request a rescind by referring to the Rescind Request Matrix.
What do I do if I missed the recent Electronic Office Management (EOM) Basics session?

You can also refer to the EOM help pages or search for EOM in the askUS Knowledge Base for more information.
