Quickly Address No-Call/Never-Worked Situations in Workday
No-Call/Never-Worked situations occur when a worker never shows up to work, and their start date has come and gone. Previously, addressing this problem required requesting a rescind from askUS Support. Now you can save time by handling most of these cases without the need to contact support by checking the Rescind Request Matrix and following the information in the No Call-Never Worked Workday Instructional Guide (WIG).
