Important Dates and Deadlines

Monday, August 1 – Mass Extension Process submission window opens

Tuesday, August 2, at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for 7/16/22 - 7/31/22.

Wednesday, August 3, at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process for all fixed-term employee and nonemployee positions, which runs Friday, August 5

Monday, August 8, at 5 p.m. – Non-Tenure Track (NTT) Faculty Mass Process submission window closes.

Friday, August 12, at 5 p.m. –  Performance Appraisal Mass Transaction Process submission window closes.

Wednesday, August 17, at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for 8/1/22 - 8/15/22.

Tuesday, August 23, at 5 p.m. – Voucher processing deadline for all VP documents.

Wednesday, August 24, at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the April 2022 time-entry lock on August 31.

Tuesday, August 30, at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the June AGS Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student population, which runs on September 1.

Web Update – Preparing for Fall 2022 Now Available

The Preparing for Fall 2022 webpage is now available. The page contains important dates and resources to assist departments in preparing for HR processing in support of the upcoming fall semester. Topics covered include mass processes, academic and student employment, onboarding, reporting, and training.


Workday Reports to Assist Retention and Recruitment Efforts

A new Workday report Turnover via Transfers - RPT1062 is now available. When used along with the report Terminations and End Additional Job Event Details - RPT0247, the new report may help Colleges, Schools, and Units (CSUs) determine where to focus recruitment and retention efforts. Coming Soon: Recruiting Questionnaire Changes

Look for changes coming in mid-August to recruiting questionnaires in Workday. The changes will address reports from campus of questionnaires disappearing from job requestions in certain situations. The update involves adding a new Supplementary Questionnaires for Job Requisition subprocess to the job requisition creation process to allow initiators to attach an existing questionnaire or create a new one. Updated – New My Time and Absence Dashboard Available in Workday

The My Time and Absence provides a single location to manage time entry, check time-off balances, and access other information related to time and absence. Currently an optional app available to all employees, the My Time and Absence dashboard will become a default part of the Workday homepage in September.
