On Monday, February 7, 2022, askUS phone support will transition over to the UT Service Desk operated by ITS. This change represents the next phase in how askUS provides phone support to campus, originally announced in August 2021, and will not affect most of you. The shift in how askUS provides support for those who call askUS impacts fewer than 10% of those who request support. askUS email support, hours of operation, and other service levels (SLAs) will remain the same! If you need help finding your Electronic Office Manager, refer to Finding an Electronic Office Manager.
How do I process a student worker leaving to accept a job in another department?
When a student worker has a currently active job and takes another student job, two questions will determine your course of action. Will the new job be the student's only job, or will the new job be an additional job? To learn more, continue reading How to process Student Workers who change departments.
