askUS Phone Support Transition

On Monday, February 7, 2022, askUS phone support will transition over to the UT Service Desk operated by ITS. This change represents the next phase in how askUS provides phone support to campus, originally announced in August 2021, and will not affect most of you. The shift in how askUS provides support for those who call askUS impacts fewer than 10% of those who request support. askUS email support, hours of operation, and other service levels (SLAs) will remain the same! To learn more, continue reading A Transition for askUS Phone Support Coming February 7, 2022.

How do I process a student worker leaving to accept a job in another department?
