Wednesday, August 31, at 5 p.m. – Workday — Hourly Employees — Business Process Routing Deadlinefor the September 7 payday.
Tuesday, September 1, at 10 a.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for 8/16/22 - 8/31/22.
Thursday, September 1, at 5 p.m. – Workday – Hourly Employees – One Time Payment Routing and HCM Final Approval Deadline for the September 7 payday.
Wednesday, September 7, at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process for all fixed-term employee and nonemployee positions, which runs Friday, September 9.
Wednesday, September 7, at noon – Mass Extension Process submission window closes.
Saturday, September 10, midnight-noon – Planned Downtime for Workday Fall Update.
Monday, September 19, at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for 9/1/22 - 9/15/22.
Wednesday, September 23, at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the May 2022 time-entry lock on September 30.

Workday Fall Update Coming September 10
On Saturday, September 10, 2022, Workday, Inc. will implement its fall update. The update window may last up to twelve hours, from midnight to noon on September 10. Transitioning to the My Time and Absence App in Workday
On September 10, 2022, the Workday Fall Update will add the My Time and Absence App to the new Your Top Apps section of the Workday homepage for all employees. Adding the app to Your Top Apps will make the My Time and Absence App visible on the Workday homepage without needing to click the “View all apps” link. This update is the first step toward making the app the default method for accessing time entry and for employees to manage their time and absences in Workday. Workday Inbox Reimagined – Introducing My Tasks
The Workday Fall Update, occurring on Saturday, September 10, includes Inbox Reimagined, a redesign of the inbox, now called My Tasks within Workday. My Tasks offers new, enhanced features as requested by Workday customers. UT Workday users, who participated in workgroup sessions last spring, provided feedback on enhanced search capabilities piloted in Workday over the summer. Updated Job Requisition Questionnaire Process in Workday
A new Supplementary Questionnaires for Job Requisitions subprocess is now part of the job requisition creation process. This update replaces Secondary Questionnaires and affects all job requisitions. Recruiters not using questionnaires will still receive the subprocess but can choose to skip it during the requestion creation process without affecting routing.
