Important Dates and Deadlines
Monday, December 4 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for November 16-30.
Wednesday, December 6 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, December 8.
Friday, December 8 at 5 p.m. – NTT Faculty Mass Transaction Process submission window closes for Spring 2024.
Thursday, December 18 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for December 1-15.
Wednesday, December 20 – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the July 2023 time-entry lock on December 31.

Mass Processing Reminders for Spring 2024
Non-Tenure Track Faculty Mass Transactions
Non-Tenure Track (NTT) Faculty Mass Process assists offices that manage NTT Faculty contracts by centrally processing Renew, Inactivate, and Reactivate transactions before the start of the spring semester. The submission window is now open and will close Friday, December 8, at 5 p.m. This is a firm deadline.
Mass Extension Process
The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window is now open and will close on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at noon. In addition to extending the end employment date, offices can change Scheduled Weekly Hours, Business Title, and Position Title through this process.
End of Year 2023 Payment Processing Deadlines
The Accounting and Financial Management (AFM) office will be closed from Monday, December 25, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. No payments will be issued or distributed during this time. The last checks for 2023 using local funds will be processed at noon on Friday, December 22, 2023. Updated: askUS Transition to ServiceNow set for late January
On January 25, askUS Support, including the existing askUS Knowledge Base, will transition to ServiceNow. The move will provide campus with new web-based tools for submitting and viewing open requests for assistance. The updated knowledge base will increase the findability of information by offering users advanced features, including smart search.
