On January 25, 2024, askUS Support, including the existing askUS Knowledge Base, will transition to ServiceNow. The new system will consolidate enterprise support services for UT’s HR/Payroll and Financial systems into a single, convenient location. The new platform will provide campus with tools for submitting and viewing open requests for assistance alongside an improved askUS Knowledge Base.
The updated knowledge base will increase the findability of information by offering users advanced features, including smart search. The ability to create browsable topic categories, connect articles, and even include relevant documentation as attachments within articles will allow the askUS team to continuously improve the quality of self-service answers available to users.
