Important Dates and Deadlines

Wednesday, August 30 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the September Academic Graduate Student (AGS) Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs on Friday, September 1.

Wednesday, August 30, at 5 p.m. – Workday — Hourly Employees — Business Process Routing Deadlinefor the September 7 payday.

Thursday, August 31 at noon – Deadline for completion of FY 22-23 Costing Allocation Changes.

Thursday, August 31 – Submission deadline for Prime Source (PBUs, PBOs) under $15k.

Thursday, August 31 – Faculty deadline for submitting Salary Spread Request Form to Payroll Services.

Friday, September 1 at 10 a.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for August 16-31.

Friday, September 1, at 5 p.m. – Workday – Hourly Employees – One-Time Payment Routing and HCM Final Approval Deadline for the September 7 payday.

Wednesday, September 6 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, September 8.

Wednesday, September 6 – Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window closes.

Tuesday, September 19 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for September 1-15.

Friday, September 22 at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the June 2023 time-entry lock on September 30.

Workday Fall Update set for September 9

Streamlined Approvals for One-Time Payments in Workday

In Workday, the Request One-Time Payment business process recently received an update to streamline the approval process.
