Wednesday, August 30, at 5 p.m. – Workday — Hourly Employees — Business Process Routing Deadlinefor the September 7 payday.
Thursday, August 31 at noon – Deadline for completion of FY 22-23 Costing Allocation Changes.
Thursday, August 31 – Submission deadline for Prime Source (PBUs, PBOs) under $15k.
Thursday, August 31 – Faculty deadline for submitting Salary Spread Request Form to Payroll Services.
Friday, September 1 at 10 a.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for August 16-31.
Friday, September 1, at 5 p.m. – Workday – Hourly Employees – One-Time Payment Routing and HCM Final Approval Deadline for the September 7 payday.

Workday Fall Update set for September 9
On Saturday, September 9, 2023, Workday, Inc. will implement its fall update. The update window may last up to twelve hours, from midnight to noon on September 9.
