This Workday ILT is designed for those who are new to Workday or anyone who initiate hires and manage onboarding for new workers at UT. Participants MUST have completed and received credit for Workday Fundamentals Self-Paced Course as well as be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles.
This class teaches the basics of Workday’s recruiting process of Job Requisitions and Candidate Management. Participants MUST be assigned the appropriate Workday Security Roles and complete prerequisites PRIOR to registering for this course.
The Performance Appraisal Mass Transaction Process provides those CSUs that do not use the performance appraisal functionality in Workday with the ability to upload Performance Ratings and Completion Dates into Workday. The submission window will run from Tuesday, June 13 – Friday, July 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
