Survey – Provide Feedback on Major Projects and Enhancements

The Spring 2021 Feedback Survey on HR/Payroll and Financial Systems is open to those who would like to participate. We are extending the survey, which will remain open until Wednesday, March 10, at 5 p.m., to allow those affected by the winter storms more time to participate. The purpose of the survey is to allow the UT community to provide input on major projects and enhancements under consideration for Spring 2021. Survey responses will help identify which projects are most important and provide the greatest positive impact.

Spring Roadmap Rescheduled due to Winter Storms

eBITS is rescheduling the start of the Spring 2021 Roadmap from April 1 to May 1 in order to complete projects delayed by the recent university closure and give our teams more time to incorporate feedback from the UT community into their spring planning. The roadmap will run from May 1-September 30. For more information, visit the eBITS Roadmap webpage.

Coming Soon – askUS Financial Learning Series

The askUS Training team is reimagining Financials systems training by creating a new Financial Learning Series for UT Financials systems. Each lesson in the series will focus on a single topic or core concept. The first nine lessons combine to form the UT Financial Fundamentals course allowing Financial systems learners to view individual lessons or complete the full course for credit at their own pace and convenience. The askUS Training team will begin releasing lessons in late March. To learn more and see a list of lessons, continue reading Coming Soon - askUS Financial Learning Series.

Advanced ILT for Financial Systems

While the UT Financials Fundamentals course focuses on new or review learners, askUS Training is also developing new Instructor Led-Training (ILT) for advanced DEFINE and FRMS users. Look for details in future issues of New from askUS.
