How do I process a student worker who is leaving to accept a job in another department?

When a student worker has a currently active job and takes another student job, two questions will determine your course of action. Will the new job be the student's only job, or will the new job be an additional job? To learn more, continue reading How do I process a student worker who is leaving to accept another student job in a different department?

I canceled a hire initiated through candidate management. How do I process it now?

A candidate can only be moved to Ready for Hire once. If you cancel or rescind a hire (or other staffing business process) initiated through candidate management, you cannot imitate the business process through candidate management a second time. Instead, re-initiate the business process via the Related Actions button. For instructions, refer to page 10 of the Candidate Management Workday Instructional Guide (WIG).
