Important Dates and Deadlines

Wednesday, August 28, at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the  2nd Fall AGS Mass Termination Process, which runs on Friday, August 30.

Wednesday, August 28, at 5 p.m. – Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Mass Process submission window closes.

Thursday, August 29 – Submission deadline for UT Market orders (PBUs) over $15k

Thursday, August 29, at 5 p.m. – Workday — Hourly Employees — Business Process Routing Deadline for the September 6 payday.

Friday, August 30 – Submission deadline for Prime Source (PBUs, PBOs) under $15k.

Tuesday, September 3 at noon – Deadline for completion of Costing Allocation Changes for FY 23-24.

Tuesday, September 3 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for August 16-31.

Wednesday, September 4 at noon – Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window closes.

Wednesday, September 4 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs  Friday, September 6.

Monday, September 9 – Annual Commuter Subsidy Mass Process submission window opens.

Wednesday, September 18, at 5 p.m. – Annual Commuter Subsidy Mass Process submission window closes.

Thursday, September 19 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for September 1-15.

Monday, September 23 at 1 p.m. – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the June 2024 time-entry lock on September 30.

Tuesday, October 3 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for September 16-30.

Wednesday, October 8 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, October 11.

All mass processing dates are available via list view or calendar view.

 


New Financial Navbar Puts 100+ Applications and Resources A Mouse-Click Away

The Financial Navbar now appearing at the top of over 50 of UT's financial applications, providing a common navigation method across applications. The navbar helps users by organizing and displaying links to over 100 financial applications and related resources in a format that makes them more discoverable and easier to navigate between. Annual Commuter Subsidy Mass Process Opens September 9

The Annual Commuter Subsidy Mass Process submission window will run from Monday, -September 9, through Wednesday, September 19. The process assists Colleges, Schools, and Units (CSUs) in processing a One-Time Payment (OTP) to eligible employees. Planned Downtime for Workday Fall Update on September 21

From midnight to noon on Saturday, September 21, 2024, Workday, Inc. will implement their fall update. Workday may be unavailable during the update, so we encourage everyone to delay accessing Workday until the update is complete and the system returns to normal operation. How do I convert a *DEFINE document to the new fiscal year?

Why can't a new worker who starts in two weeks upload their I-9 documents?

Once their hire is final approved, new workers can begin completing many onboarding tasks before their first day. However, some tasks depend on the worker's actual start date.
