Contingent Worker Changes Aim to Reduce Staffing Delays
On April 27, a change in Workday will limit the use of the worker type Contingent Worker to the A003 - Independent Contractor and A004 - Employee of Contractor job profiles. This change only applies to new nonemployees and will help reduce staffing delays and administrative burdens on CSUs that often accompany the use of Contingent Workers. You asked US! – Answers to Common Questions
Why is a performance review routing to me for a worker I don't know?

To learn more, continue reading Reminder – Performance Appraisals and Employees with Multiple Jobs.
