How do I fix an incorrect job profile for a new worker in our office?

Whether the worker is a new hire or an existing worker receiving an additional job, the solution is similar. If the transaction is still in progress, cancel or have it sent back for correction. If the transaction was completed successfully, you can process job profile and other changes by completing a Job Change with the same effective date as the original transaction. If the transaction is future dated, wait until the effective date to initiate the Job Change.
