Mass Process Report Reference

During Semester Start (Fall, Spring, Summer), we offer mass processing to assist departments involved in HR processing to prepare for the upcoming semester.

Running the reports listed below before Semester Start mass processing begins can help departments be prepared for submitting their mass processing requests once submission windows open.

Mass Process Report Name Description
Non-Tenure Track Inactivate Faculty Contracts Mass Process Template – RPT0240 The report returns all contracts for workers in a supervisory organization and shows contract details, including type, status, start and end dates, and basic position details, such as job profile and scheduled weekly hours.
Non-Tenure Track Reactivate Faculty - Not Active Jobs - RPT0813 This report returns all Faculty - Not Active jobs held by a worker on the applicable semester start date, including position details and previous job profile. It is used by CSUs to prepare the reactivate spreadsheet for the Non-Tenure Track Faculty Mass Transactions process that occurs prior to the beginning of each long semester.
Non-Tenure Track Renew Faculty Contracts Mass Process Template – RPT0240 The report returns all contracts for workers in a supervisory organization and shows contract details, including type, status, start and end dates, and basic position details, such as job profile and scheduled weekly hours.  Other information used by the mass process is also displayed.
Mass End Employment Date Extension (Mass Extend) Student Sporadic Jobs - RPT0426 Use this report to audit Student workers with an Employee Type of Variable (Fixed Term) by Hire Date and End Employment Date.
Mass End Employment Date Extension (Mass Extend) Research Fellows, Academic Program Directors, and Department Chairs End Dates - RPT0246 Returns end employment and compensation actual end dates and basic position attributes for department chairs, academic program directors, postdoctoral fellows, research fellows, and senior research fellows. The report is used by departments and central HR to help ensure that these workers do not continue beyond the maximum duration allowed for their positions.
Mass End Employment Date Extension (Mass Extend) Mass End Employment Date Audit - RPT0741 Returns currently active positions whose end employment date is in the past as of the selected End Employment Date. It is used to evaluate if action is needed to mass end positions or terminations via EIB.
