Transition from Non-Tenure Track to Professional-Track Faculty Terminology

We are beginning the process of transitioning away from using the term Non-Tenure Track (NTT) faculty in favor of the new Professional-Track Faculty (PTF) title adopted by the University to refer to adjunct or contract faculty. The transition process will affect many systems (such as Workday), reports, documentation, and other resources.

Planned Downtime for Workday Spring Update on March 9

On Saturday, March 9, 2024, Workday, Inc. will implement their spring update (Workday 2024 R1). During the update, Workday may be unavailable, slow, or unresponsive. Due to these potential issues, we encourage everyone to delay accessing Workday on March 9 until the update is complete and the system returns to normal operation.

On January 22, a new feature for employees launched in Workday. The Total Rewards Statement summarizes your direct and indirect compensation from the University, including both compensation paid directly to you and benefits paid for by the University.
