The Annual Commuter Subsidy Mass Process submission window is now open and will run until Wednesday, September 18, at 5 p.m. The process assists Colleges, Schools, and Units (CSUs) in processing a One-Time Payment (OTP) to eligible employees.

Notes and Reminders
- Only one spreadsheet may be submitted to askUS per CSU.
- Submissions will be loaded into Workday as they are received, through Friday, September 20, 2024.
- Submissions that include semi-monthly employees will be loaded after the first semi-monthly payroll is completed on September 17.
