On August 1, the University FTE field and data will be removed from the Allocation Details report and the Employee Base Compensation – D0003 visualization. The change is occurring in support of new initiatives to improve data and reporting by the Financial and People Analytics (FAPA) team.
University FTE information will be available to those with access via the new Appointments Cube.
Please direct any questions about the Appointments Cube or changes to University FTE to Analytics@austin.utexas.edu.
Notes:
The change to University FTE does not affect FTE calculations used in Workday.
The Allocation Details Report is not being decommissioned and is still actively supported by eBITS/askUS.
