On Aug. 1, 2023, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a revised version of the Form I-9. Workday will receive the new version on October 20, 2023. On this date, all newly initiated Complete Form I-9s will be processed on this new version. Any in-progress Form I-9s started before October 20 must be completed by Friday, October 27.
You can use the report Workday Form I-9 Process Status - RPT0932 to view all outstanding Form I-9s for the unit(s) you support.
