The submission window for the FWA process will close on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. This is a firm deadline.
After the submission window closes, offices processing FWAs can still add missing FWA requests in Workday. However, the business process will require attaching an FWA agreement. If an FWA agreement exists for a worker, the Add Flexible Work Arrangement process will create a duplicate in Worker Documents. Any duplicate FWA documents will need to be deleted manually.
The Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Process assists offices in creating Flexible Work Arrangements for workers who have an uploaded FWA document but do not yet have an FWA request created in Workday. This is a one-time occurrence and will not be offered to campus again.
