Recruiters and HR Executives can now Reactivate Candidates in Workday

A recent update to Workday now allows Recruiters and HR Executives to reactivate a candidate’s job application if the candidate was previously declined or withdrew for any reason.

This means Recruiters and HR Executives no longer need to contact HRSC to perform this action. Once the candidate is reactivated, they can be considered for the job posting and moved through the candidate management process. 

The new process is detailed in the Candidate Management Workday Instructional Guide (WIG), in the Reactivate Candidate section of the appendix (page 8).
