Beginning in May, the News from askUS newsletter will switch from bi-weekly to monthly publication. We are making this change out of respect for our readers’ inboxes and focusing on publishing more timely content to our websites.
The website updates released in the fall of 2021 aimed to make it easier for users of UT’s HR/Payroll and Financial systems to find news and information online. The continued positive reception of these changes tells us that the need to send more frequent reminders to campus via email is now lower than in times past.
The newsletter transition will occur in May and will not affect either April issue (4/13 and 4/27). After the April 27 issue of News from askUS, expect the next issue to show up in your inboxes on May 25 and the last Wednesday of each month in the future. To assist campus stay up to date during certain times of the year, such as Fiscal Year-End (FYE) and the beginning of the academic year, we will publish special editions as needed.
