In January, we began adding demonstration videos to some Workday documentation pages to provide examples for certain processes and tasks. After receiving positive feedback from campus on these initial videos, we are expanding the program.
Demonstrations are a feature of our Instructor-Lead Training (ILT) sessions. However, not everyone is able to take an ILT course before needing to perform certain tasks in Workday. Making these video resources available assists staff who have not had the opportunity to attend an ILT session, as well as those who have but would like to review a process.
