Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators will soon be able to create, manage, and send offer letters to candidates within Workday.
This new dynamic offer letter feature creates offer letter content automatically based on job attributes (benefits eligibility, fixed term, A&P, etc.). Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators can edit or add content to meet the specific needs of their CSU's recruiting effort. A built-in connection to DocuSign allows for the managing of signatures within Workday.
This enhancement will be available later this spring, with more information and documentation available soon.
