W-2

While electronic W-2s are available to all university employees, Workday will ALSO print paper copies for mailing. You must opt out in order to prevent the distribution of a paper copy via mail.

How do I opt out of receiving a paper copy of my W-2 Form?

  1. In Workday, from the home page click on the Pay application, then click Tax Documents.
  2. Under Printing Election, click Edit.
  3. Select Receive electronic copy of my Year End Tax Documents, then click OK at the bottom of the page, then click Done.

How do I access my W-2 Form in Workday?

You can retrieve an electronic copy of your W-2 form in Workday at any time by following the steps below.

  1. In Workday, from the home page click on the Pay application, then click Tax Documents.
  2. Click View/Print to view your W-2 Tax Form. You can either wait or click “Notify Me Later” to continue using Workday while your PDF is generated. Click for help with using the "Notify Me Later" option
  3. When yoour W-2 loads, you can clck to Download PDF or Print the PDF via the icons in the upper right of the screen. 

1095-C

Electronic copies of Form 1095-C will be available in Workday.  By default, you will receive both electronic and paper copies. Unless you opt out of receiving it, the paper copy will be mailed to your home address.

    How do I opt out of receiving a paper copy of my 1095-C Form?

    1. In Workday, from the home page click on the Benefits application, then click Change 1095-C Printing Election.
    2. Select Receive electronic copy of 1095-C, then click OK at the bottom of the page, then click Done.

    How do I access my 1095-C Form in Workday?

    When available, you can retrieve an electronic copy of your 10950-C form in Workday at any time by following the steps below.

    1. In Workday, from the home page click on the Benefits application, then click My ACA Forms.
    2. Click View/Print to view the form and to save or print, select the Download PDF icon or the Print icon, both located in the upper right hand corner.

    Note: Retired and Former Employees will not see the Benefits application when they log in. Instead, they should search "My ACA Forms" in the Search Bar within Workday to locate their form.
