Is requesting a Rescind the only way to fix an issue with a business process in Workday?

To learn more rescinds and what to do when a something goes wrong, refer to the Rescind Transaction Guidance, the Rescind Request Matrix, and the View, Cancel, or Rescind a Business Process Event Workday Instructional Guide (WIG).
Can I make changes to a Purchase Order (PO)
The ability to make changes or corrections to a PO depends on the type of document you're working with. To learn how to handle each type, continue reading Corrections on a Purchase Order.
How do I end a primary job retroactively when Switch Primary Job is blocked on the date I need?
For employees with multiple jobs, payroll must identify which job is primary for accurate payroll calculations. When payroll runs for a given pay period (monthly or semi-monthly), the primary job is locked in for that period and cannot be changed. Attempting a Switch Primary Job with an effective date within a locked pay period will generate an error message. To learn how to handle this situation, continue reading How to end the primary job when Switch Primary Job is blocked on the effective date.
