Professional-Track Faculty (PTF) Mass Transaction Processing will assist offices that manage Professional-Track Faculty contracts by centrally processing Renew, Inactivate, and Reactivate transactions before the start of the fall semester. The submission window will run from Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 14, at 5 p.m. This is a firm deadline.,

November 5, 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on November 7, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before October 31, 2025.

The November End Job/Termination process will occur on November 7, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before October 31, 2025.

The Mass End Employment Date Extension Process will run from Monday, November 17, 2025, until Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at noon for Hourly and Salaried Student positions. In addition to extending the end employment date, changes to Scheduled Weekly Hours, Compensation, Business Title, and Position Title can also be made through this process.

Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the August 2025 time-entry lock on November 30.

December 3, 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass End Job/Termination process, which runs on December 5, 2025, for positions with an end date on or before November 30, 2025.

December 17 2025, at Noon, is the CSU processing deadline for the Mass EAJ/Term Process for the Academic Graduate Student Population, which will occur on December 19, 2025, for AGS workers in positions with an end date on or before December 31, 2025.
