Important Dates and Deadlines

Monday, April 29 – Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window opens.

Thursday, May 2 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for April 16-30.

Wednesday, May 8 at noon – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the Monthly Mass EAJ/Term Process, which runs Friday, May 10.

Friday, May 17 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for May 1-15.

Thursday, May 23 – Prior Period Mass Advance of Time for the February 2024 time-entry lock on Friday, May 31.

Wednesday, May 29 – CSU Transaction Processing Deadline for the June AGS Mass Termination Process, which runs on Friday, May 31.

Tuesday, June 4 at 3 p.m. – Semi-Monthly Mass Advance of Hourly Time for May 16-31.

Wednesday, June 5 – Mass End Employment Date Extension Process submission window closes.

All mass processing dates are available via list view or calendar view.

 


Prep for Summer Resources

Mass Extend Process Now Allows Compensation Changes

When the submission window for the upcoming Mass End Employment Date Extension Process opens on Monday, April 29, CSUs will be able to change compensation amounts for workers being extended as part of the submission process. The process update allows compensation changes for any job being extended. Academic Appointment Date Change Updates

Employee Base Compensation Visualization Now Available

The Employee Base Compensation – D0003 visualization provides a view of employees' base salary compensation by fiscal year to authorized users. The report allows comparisons across Colleges, Schools, Units (CSUs), and the University by Job Profile, along with access to other filters and views.
