Updated on January 3, 2023 – Workday users can now use UT Custom Reports Search - RPT0961 to search the potentially hundreds of custom reports accessible to users based on the roles they hold in Workday. The new report makes it easier for you to find the report you need by providing an interface to search by category and keyword.

On December 13, a Report of Reports will become available in Workday. The new report is a response to campus's need for a better method to search the hundreds of custom reports that exist in Workday.

In support of the You Belong Here campaign for equity and inclusion at UT, employees can now add a phonetic pronunciation key to their name in Workday using the Change My Name Pronunciation task. Once submitted, it is visible below the employee's name on their Worker Profile.
