For 2024, askUS Training is retiring the Nonemployee & Contingent Worker ILT offering. The decision comes due to falling demand for the course after changes limiting the use of Contingent Worker in Workday, which went into effect last spring.

askUS Transitions to a New Service Now Experience in December

This December, askUS Support, including the existing askUS Knowledge Base, will transition to Service Now. The move will provide campus with new web-based tools for submitting and viewing open requests for assistance. The new askUS Knowledge Base will offer users improved search capabilities and the option to browse articles by category. Look for more communications and details on the transition as we move towards.
